UI tanfolyam

2015.03.16-án ismét elindult az EPAM Systems debreceni irodájának UI tanfolyama. A képzésre több mint 100 jelentkező közül került kiválasztásra az a 10 ember, akik részt vehettek a cég alkalmazottai által tartott ingyenes képzésen. A résztvevők között többen egyetemisták, illetve helyi cégek dolgozói voltak, akik ezen keretek között szerették volna fejleszteni szakmai ismereteiket a legmodernebb technikák elsajátításával.

A képzés mindazok számára volt érdekes, akik alapvető szaktudással rendelkeznek JavaScript, CSS és HTML területeken és ismereteiket a gyakorlatba átültetve is szeretnék kamatoztatni. Emellett a legjobban teljesítők számára adott volt a lehetőség, hogy karrierjüket az EPAM Systems debreceni irodájában folytathassák, ahol a legkiválóbb szakemberekkel együttműködve, ők maguk is szakmájuk legjobbjaivá válhassanak. A tanfolyam végeztével sikerült irodánkat bővíteni újabb tehetséges munkavállalókkal.

Szakmai napok a Debreceni Egyetem Informatikai Karán

2015 márciusának utolsó két napján sor került a Debreceni Egyetem által szervezett 12. Informatikai szakmai napokra, ahol az EPAM Systems debreceni irodája is képviseltette magát. A két nap alatt lehetősége nyílt a hallgatóknak személyesen is találkozni cégünk dolgozóival, ahol választ kaphattak szakmai, illetve általános (például a kiválasztási eljárással és a karrierlehetőségekkel összefüggő) kérdéseikre.

A 2 nap alatt kollégáink előadásokkal próbálták felkelteni a hallgatók érdeklődését (Nagy István  "Getting hired: Hasznos tippek, amelyek segíthetnek az önéletrajz megírásában, illetve a szakmai interjú sikeres teljesítésében" Kis Bertalan kollégánk "Solid Unit Test: Tesztelhető kód és a SOLID alapelvek bemutatása példán keresztül" Gál Zoltán kollégánk pedig egy Cloud testing témájú workshop keretein belül beszélgetett a hallgatókkal és a szakmabeliekkel), emellett próbainterjúkkal segíttették őket, hogy a jövőben hogyan legyenek sikeresek egy állásinterjún.
