2nd Line Environments/Support Engineers

We are looking for candidates to join our Operations and support team in our Debrecen office as

2nd Line Environments/Support Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and Deployment of software applications based on scripts and text files as input
• Incident Management, root cause analysis.
• Updating Training documents/ Known error DBs/ Configuration documents
• Perform manual tests on the configured applications following quality assurance processes
• Close cooperation with the development team(s);
• Contribution to the automated testing process;
• Delivering commendable quality client service in problem solving and troubleshooting day to day issues.

Requirements:

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills useful for client/customer interactions
• Willingness to provide stand-by service (be on call for emergency situations) one week/months
Advantages:

• Experience in Production Support or Application support and exposure and competency in Incident and Problem Management Processes of Applications as per ITIL framework
• Experience in Monitoring/Alerting Tools / Ticket tracking Tools/Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of software development processes
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/Java
• Knowledge of test automation tools
• Knowledge of SQL
